BestFit equips the robot gripper with sensors and an active control system that automatically aligns the gripped component into its exact installation position. The control logic is trained only once: the system detects how sensor measurement values change during defined robot movements — and calculates the required position correction in real time during production. Modularly expandable, stable in continuous operation, with an accuracy of 0.1 mm.
Adaptive Position Control
Active sensor-based robot correction with 0.1 mm accuracy
Stable Precision Alignment
Automatic alignment in assembly position without manual intervention
Modular System Integration
Flexible integration of line sensors, point sensors, and area cameras for different applications
Intelligent Robot Correction
Sensor-Based Detection
The system captures component positions using line sensors, point sensors, or area cameras depending on the application requirements.
Active Position Control
Measured sensor data is continuously compared with trained robot correction models, enabling automatic alignment with an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm.
Virtual Zero Adjustment
Measurement values are mathematically corrected before visualization, allowing precise positioning even without a referenced initial setup.
