Four steps to production
A turn-key project starts with a specification and a kickoff. RTI starts with an order. The system arrives validated: hardware selected, software configured, parameters set. Your team commissions it and takes it into production, on your schedule and without waiting for ours.
Your automation team is key
Interfaces, signals and parameters are defined and documented. Your automation people connect the system the way they connect a sensor or a drive, and get a usable result without being vision experts.
New part type next year? Your team adds it themselves. No vision engineer on staff, no service call.
Simpler to use, not less capable
Same sensors, same algorithms as in our turn-key systems. What changed is everything around them: interfaces, setup, operation. We did the hard part once so nobody has to do it again on every project.
After delivery we stay in the picture where it helps: technical questions, software updates, spare parts. You just do not need us to run it.
Teams that build their own machines
RTI fits if you take on system responsibility yourself: your own automation people, your own schedule, your own integration concept. You need a vision component, not a general contractor.
If you would rather hand over the whole thing including commissioning and type integration, that is a turn-key project. VMT can deliver both, depending on your preferences.
