VMT BeadMap

BeadMap inspects adhesive, sealing, and welding beads completely for continuity and dimensional accuracy. The system measures bead height, width, area, and position within the sensor coordinate system and reliably identifies defective sections — providing the basis for quality assurance and, when required, automatic repair processes (Bead Repair).
