Every engine undergoes a computer-controlled cold test – resistance, compression, and tightness are checked.

Stator & rotor inspection

Stator and rotor are the core components of the e-motor – winding geometry and surface quality are safety-critical.

E-motor assembly verification

The stator is pressed into the housing, the rotor is inserted, and bearing shields are mounted – axial joining operations with tight tolerances.

Electrode foil inspection (coating & slitting)

Current collector foils are coated with active material, dried, and slit – with rolls several hundred meters long.

Individual cells are checked for surface quality, geometry, and marking before they are stacked into modules.

Busbars connect the battery cells electrically – the weld seam is critical for safety and function.

Sealant & potting inspection in module assembly (bead / potting)

Thermal interface materials, sealants, and potting compounds are applied between cells and module housing.
